Base prices are for 1,000 contacts. At 5,000 contacts, Starter jumps to ~$79/mo. At 25,000 contacts, expect $289+/mo on Starter alone.
CRM requires Plus or higher
The built-in CRM with sales automation is only available on Plus ($49/mo) and above. Starter is email-only.
Predictive features need Pro
Predictive sending, predictive content, and attribution reporting require the Pro plan at $79/mo minimum.
Transactional email is separate
Transactional emails (order confirmations, password resets) require a separate add-on powered by Postmark, starting at $15/mo.
SMS marketing costs extra
